What is included in a package?
Usually visa processing, flights, hotel accommodation, ground transport, hygienic meal arrangements and a qualified religious guide with the group. The exact inclusions depend on whether you take a budget or a premium plan, and are confirmed in writing before booking.
Can the itinerary be customised?
Yes. We build tour plans around the group — the number of days, the standard of hotel and whether you want Ziyarat added. Tell us your budget honestly and we will tell you what is realistic within it.
Is a guide with us throughout?
Experienced and qualified religious guides accompany groups to assist with proper execution of the rites, and 24/7 on-ground assistance is available for anything else during the trip.
Do you help with passports?
Yes, we assist with passport applications and renewals. Start this early — a passport delay is the most common reason a booked pilgrim cannot travel.
Is the visa guaranteed?
No. Visa issuance is decided by the authorities of the destination country. We prepare and submit the application properly and keep you informed, but nobody can guarantee approval, and you should be wary of an agent who claims they can.
What are the meal arrangements?
Hygienic meal arrangements are made through the stay. If anyone in the group has a dietary requirement or a medical restriction, tell us at booking so it is planned for rather than improvised.
